LUXEMBURG SPEEDWAY 2011 DRIVERS MEETING SET FOR FEBRUARY 4

(Green Bay, WI) December 27 — Track officials from Luxemburg Speedway have announced that a driver’s informational meeting will be held Friday night, February 4 at 7 p.m. at Northbrook Country Club in Luxemburg.

Drivers will receive information packets which will include copies of the rules in the respective divisions.

A review of rules will take place in all classes, as well as a discussion of RACEceivers and the procedures and expectations that come along with this program.

LUXEMBURG SPEEDWAY 2010 AWARDS BANQUET SET FOR JAN. 29

(Luxemburg, WI) November 30 — Luxemburg Speedway track manager Rick Goral has announced the 2010 season awards banquet will be held Saturday January 29 at Beverly Gardens in Denmark.

Track champions who will be honored include Green Bay’s Jared Siefert (IMCA modified), Union’s Troy Muench (IMCA stock car), Green Bay’s Troy Jerovetz (IMCA northern sportmod), Luxemburg’s Chad Kaminski (IMCA hobby stock) and Abrams’ Jessi Ness (sport fours).

Trophies and awards will be doled out to the top ten points finishers in all divisions. The division’s respective rookies-of-the-year will be honored along with the 2010 Sportsmanship Award.

LUXEMBURG SPEEDWAY SURFACE GETS LONG OVERDUE FACELIFT

(LUXEMBURG, WI) Sept 28 — Luxemburg Speedway track officials are happy to announce that the track’s third-mile, clay oval located at the Kewaunee County Fairgrounds is receiving a new surface that
is long overdue.

During this week Kewaunee County crews will add more than 2000 yards of red clay that will help reshape the racing surface. “The biggest thing is we’re getting this laid down before the frost settles in,” said Goral.
