NEW, FRESH LOOK FOR LUXEMBURG SPEEDWAY’S WEBSITE

Posted under News on March 29th, 2009

(Luxemburg, WI) April 30 – Luxemburg Speedway’s official website has received a makeover of sorts, thanks to Chris Budzban at Budzo Designs of Luxemburg.

luxemburgspeedway.com has been revamped and will receive more frequent updates throughout the season. “It was just time for a fresh look with the website and Chris has done an outstanding job with that,” said track manager Rick Goral. “One can see many of his other websites and the dedication and passion he has for his work really shows. This year I’m confident the website will receive it’s fair share of TLC.”

Among the new features the website offers is a weekly poll and the ability for fans to subscribe to the site free of charge to receive news releases, weather-related cancellations and race reports. This year, Luxemburg Speedway will also handle it’s weekly point standings through the popular program Speednet Direct. In addition to the track’s weekly race reports, a photo gallery will be provided through Dan Lewis photography. Downloadable forms and track rules will also be made available.

Budzban manages websites for several Wisconsin racing teams and tracks as well. His father, Dave Budzban, is a veteran IMCA stock car driver in the local dirt track ranks. Budzban’s work can be viewed at budzodesigns.com.

Luxemburg Speedway opens Friday night, April 24 at 7 p.m. IMCA modifieds, stock cars, northern sportmods and hobby stocks are slated to compete, along with sport fours on a weekly basis. A practice session open to cars of all divisions is slated for Friday, April 17 from 6 p.m. 9 p.m. . Luxemburg Speedway is located 15 minutes east of Green Bay off state highway 54 at the Kewaunee County Fairgrounds in Luxemburg. For more information call (920) 660 8095. Budzban can be reached at (920) 366 0381.
