RAIN WASHES OUT LUXEMBURG SPEEDWAY JUNE 10 (TOPLESS 30 SLATED FOR JUNE 17)
(Luxemburg, WI) June 10 — Steady rain showers all day long have forced Luxemburg Speedway Promoters to cancel the races schedule for Robinson Metals night tonight.
The Robinson Metals night, including the bonus money for the top three positions in all classes, Will be rescheduled at a later date.
Next Friday, June 17 21 Guns Saloon in Denmark will host the Topless 30.
The special event will feature IMCA modifieds with the roofs removed from their cars. The event will pay $1,000 to win and $125 to start and will feature an increased payout throughout the field. IMCA stock cars and northern sportmods will battle for a $400 top prize and $75 to start. IMCA hobby stocks will race for $200 to win and $50 to start while sport fours will battle for $125 and $30 to start the feature.
Sportmods will also be allowed to run topless if they choose to do so.
The race will pay track, state, regional and national IMCA points. A draw/redraw format will be used.
Pit passes are $25. Modifieds only will pay a $15 entry fee. Grandstand admission for this event is $12 for adults, seniors are $10, students 11-15 $7 and kids 10 and under are free with a paid adult.
