Hunting Bows Raffled off This Friday at Luxemburg Speedway

(Luxemburg, WI)- This Friday Night August 3rd, Luxemburg Speedway will be raffling off 1 Adult hunting bow. In addition, 1 youth hunting bow will also be raffled off; both courtesy of Lena Swamp Archery. American 3 Fab will also be co-sponsoring the night after last week’s rainout. The regular 5 divisions will be in action. Races revs up at 7 p.m.

The adult bow is a Matthews Helium bow. It is valued at $850.00. The youth is a Fred Bear bow. To be eligible: Fans, Driver and Pit crew must go to the Lena Swamp Archery table underneath the grandstand by 7 p.m. to enter. 1 complimentary ticket will be provided. You may purchase extra tickets for $1.00 a piece. All proceeds will be go to Autism Awareness which is also the beneficiary of the 50/50 raffle.

4 drivers are within 18 points in the IMCA Modified division with Sean Jerovetz is leading the way. Shawn Kilgore sits 7 points back with James Tebon 8 back. Jay Matthias remains within striking distance a mere 18 points back.

Troy Muench has held the lead in the IMCA Stockcar division as of late. Muench holds an 11 point lead over John Heinz. After mishaps in the first few weeks of the season; Brandon Czarapata has charged to within 13 points of Muench.

Defending champion Bradley Lautenbach is looking for his second consecutive IMCA Sportmod crown at Luxemburg Speedway. He holds a 5 point advantage over the veteran Brian Bruechert. Eric Mahlik has closed the point gap and is sitting third 6 points back.

Tom Brumlic has been “Mr. Consistent” in 2012. Brumlic is a veteran to the IMCA Hobby Stock division. He holds onto a 14 point lead over fellow veteran Derek Moede. Both are searching for their 1st career track titles.

Ralph Liegeois has seen his point lead diminish over the last few weeks. Dan Van Pay has won consecutive features and is 7 points back in the title chase. It is down to a 2 man race for the championship.
