(Luxemburg, WI)- This Friday Night August 31st, champions will be crowned in all five of our regular divisions. Tri-County Heating will be sponsoring the night. They have graciously donated 4 kids’ bikes to be raffled off. Championship night kicks off at 7 p.m.

Searching for his first Luxemburg IMCA Modified track championship; Shawn Kilgore comes into the final point night with a 4 point advantage over Sean Jerovetz. James Tebon is mathematically still in the hunt sitting 9 points back.

Troy Muench has been the point leader for the majority of the second half of the IMCA Stockcar season. Muench had a tire go down last week in the feature while Brandon Czarapata finished midpack. Czarapata grabbed the point lead by 3 points heading into the finale. If Czarapata can win the championship he will have a decent shot at the IMCA Stockcar National Championship.

Eric Mahlik has been running possessed as of late in the IMCA Sportmod Features. He has knocked off a couple of wins in the last month but more importantly earned the point lead with 1 night remaining. He will head into championship night 3 points ahead of defending champ Brad Lautenbach.

If the car count is the same as last week; Tom Brumlic will at least earn a share of the IMCA Hobby Stock crown if he takes the green flag in the feature. Brumlic is searching for his first career track title and is 18 laps away from the trophy. Brumlic has a 14 point lead on Derek Moede.

Ralph Liegeois is 1 feature away from defending his 4 Cylinder championship. Dan Van Pay enters the final point event trailing by 11 points.
