LUXEMBURG SPEEDWAY SETS 2005 AWARDS BANQUET

Luxemburg, WI. - Top drivers will be honored at the 2005 Luxemburg
Speedway awards banquet slated for Saturday, January 28 at the Rendezvous Pleasure Palace
in Nueren.
Champions in the IMCA modified, IMCA stock car, IMCA hobby stock and sport
four divisions will be crowned. Drivers finishing in the top 10 in points in the modifieds
and stock cars will receive awards while the top six points finishers in the hobby stocks
and sport fours will also be honored. The top three finishers in the Lady 4 division will
also receive awards. The program will be highlighted by track photographer John Garniss'
slide show, recapping the season's activities.
A cash bar is scheduled for 5 p.m. with dinner at 6 p.m. The award
ceremony will follow. A disc jockey will spin tunes and karaoke will also be a part
of the program. Tickets are $20.00 per person with a deadline of January 20. Tickets will
be $25 after Jan. 20. No tickets will be sold at the door as seating is limited.

Rendezvous Pleasure Palace is located four miles south of the race track
on County N in the town of Luxemburg. From Green Bay it is approximately 11 miles east
taking County Highway V. Then go north on N approximately one mile to Rendezvous Pleasure
Palace.
The season opens Friday night, April 28 at 7 p.m. IMCA modifieds, IMCA
stock cars, IMCA hobby stocks and sport fours will compete weekly on Friday nights through
