Tom
Naeyaert’s win was worth $1,200, and was his second Burg win of
the season. Craig Bartz finished second followed by Todd Jensema,
Oostburg; Dan Wanta,
Tigerton; and Troy Springborn, Shawano.
Little Suamico's #94 Danny Deau fought off a hard charging #4k
Kyle Kudick and Jared Siefert in the final laps to win his
second 25 lap IMCA Modified feature at Luxemburg Speedway Friday
night.

IMCA Mod
#18v Josh VandenHoogen needed little assistance after being
removed from the twisted metal that was his modified Friday
night. VandenHoogen took a wild ride off the turn one embankment
and rolled hard.
De Pere's #118 Tim Jorgenson won his eighth 2007 feature at the
Burg, padding his local and state divisional points lead in
the process.

#118 Tim Jorgenson passed #05 Dave Davister for the lead on lap
nine and went on to win his eighth, 18-lap IMCA Northern
Sportmod feature.

IMCA Stock Car #52 Troy Muench took home his first 2007 Burg
feature win. Suamico's Kyle Wanner took second while Dave Bouche
hung on for third.
Algoma's #21 Dave Bouche built up a nice lead in the early laps
of the Stock Car feature, but it was #52 Troy Muench
that shot around Bouche on a restart to take away the lead. Dave
Bouche hung on for third.
Marcus Moede finally took home his first 2007 IMCA Hobby Stock
feature win. He's been close this season with three other top-3
feature finishes, but not quite to a trophy win until Friday.
Casco's Marcus Moede cruised through, threading his way through
lap traffic on the final lap of the 18-lap IMCA Hobby Stock
feature.

Jamie Miller won his heat and feature, sweeping the Sport Fours.
Suamico's #49 Jamie Miller swept action in the Sport Four class,
but had his hands full with #14x Jeff Behm on the final lap of
his feature.

Winners of the Powder Puff races were Luxemburg's Julie Veeser,
Brooke
Boulanger, Green Bay's Angela Wolf and Luxemburg's Ashley
DeJardin. |
Mishicot rookie Kudick jumped into the lead at
the drop of the green for the 25 lap contest. Deau ducked underneath
Kudick for the lead on lap four. Kudick kept Deau in his sights for
the balance of the contest, all while Siefert sliced his way through
the field from 12th to third in the first ten laps. With eight laps
to go Siefert caught the lead duo, driving around Kudick with two
laps to go and coming up just shy at the checkers.
Siefert, the point leader, settled for second place money, followed
by Kudick in his best performance of the year, Jay Matthias and
Eddie Muenster.
Brussels' Troy Muench passed Dave Bouche on a lap 11 restart for the
lead and went on to win the 22 lap IMCA stock car feature. Algoma's
Bouche outraced his uncle Tony Bouche to the lead at the drop of the
green in the 22 lap IMCA stock car feature. Bouche built up a big
lead that was wiped out with a Troy De Grave spin on lap eleven
which tightened the field.
On the restart Muench drove around Bouche to take the lead, a lead
that Muench extended to three car lengths during the next several
laps. Muench was never headed as he captured the feature win.
Suamico's Kyle Wanner took second while Dave Bouche hung on for
third. Jesse Colwell took fourth. Points leader Jamie Colwell,
driving a car borrowed from Ben Kroll, charged through the field
from dead last to take fifth.
Jamie Colwell blew a motor after qualifying into the main event
through a semi-feature.
De Pere's Tim Jorgenson passed Dave Davister for the lead on lap
nine and went on to win his eighth, 18 lap IMCA northern sportmod
feature, padding his division points lead in the process.
Casco's Marcus Moede fought off a late race challenge from
Luxemburg's Dave De Grave to collect the 18 lap IMCA hobby stock
feature. Suamico's Jamie Miller swept action in the sport four
class.
Winners of the Powder Puff races were Luxemburg's Julie Veeser,
Brooke Boulanger, Green Bay's Angela Wolf and Luxemburg's Ashley De
Jardin.
